Marcia is a great listener, and asks the right questions to lead me to very solid decisions. When I follow through on her “requests” or as I refer to “my homework”…I really benefit. There have been several areas where I feel Marcia is particularly effective as a coach. First of all, I like her gentle and light way of handling issues that may appear to the client as serious and overwhelming.
