The assessment is designed for anyone 16 years of age and older and it takes only 15-25 minutes to complete.

The Workplace Assessment is completed online and the coaching session with the results can be done by phone or Skype.  The coaching session is necessary for you to completely understand the scoring and determine options for development with your coach. Instructions for taking the test will be sent to you within 24 hours. Once you complete the test, we will set up a 45-minute coaching session. You will also receive a 21-page computerized individual report. You receive both the assessment report and the coaching for $475.



If you are a leader with direct reports, you might want to purchase the Leadership Report instead. Results reveal the respondents’ strengths and weaknesses in people processes and organization-oriented leadership styles, and on four pillars of leadership behavior: authenticity, communications, coaching, and innovation. You will receive a 27-page computerized individual report and 45 minutes of coaching to help you use the results in your development for $575.



Your coaching will be with Master Certified Coach Marcia Reynolds, PsyD who will spend review your assessment before you talk on the phone to better explain the results and give you personalized feedback for growth.
