The assessment is designed for anyone 16 years of age and older and it takes only 15-25 minutes to complete.
The assessment is completed online and the coaching session with the results can be done by phone or Skype. The coaching session is necessary for you to completely understand the scoring and determine options for development with your coach. Instructions for taking the test will be sent to you within 24 hours. Once you complete the test, we will set up a 30-minute coaching session. You will also receive a 21-page computerized individual report. You receive both the assessment report and the coaching for $325
You will receive coaching from Master Certified Coach Marcia Reynolds, PsyD. who will spend at least an hour reviewing your assessment before you talk on the phone to better explain the results and give you personalized feedback for growth.
